Learn to spin yarn on a spindle! The spindle is an ancient instrument used for creating yarn. Spindles have been found in the tombs of Egyptian mummies! Spindling is not only a way to make yarn, it is also a way to connect with these ancient ones who created this craft. Learning to spindle is to learn the feel of fiber as it naturally twists to the turn of the spindle. This 2 hour class, will get you started on your journey with making fiber into yarn.
